What This Counter Keeps
Written as an inventory rather than a policy, because an inventory can be checked and a policy usually cannot. Reviewed August 8, 2026.

That is the whole inventory. If something is not on it, this counter does not have it.
What the pages themselves do
Nothing. They are files. No measurement script, no advertising script, no social button, no video, and no typeface fetched from anybody else's machine: both faces, both images and the one script come from this domain.
The company that stores the files keeps brief technical records the way every host does. Those are not delivered to this counter as a report, are not joined to a request, and are not used to notice a second visit.
What the lots get, and when
Before you choose: the dates, and the car's length where the question needs it. Not your name, not your address, not your number.
After you choose one: enough to expect the car. A lot cannot hold a record for somebody it cannot identify, so at that point it gets a name and a way to reach you, and nothing beyond.
The lots this counter asks are not told who else was asked, and you are not told which lot until you pick one. Both halves of that are deliberate.
Never requested, on any page
A card number. A bank detail. A government identity number. A flight number. An airline. No field on this site accepts any of them, and a page appearing to ask is not this site.
Asking, changing, deleting
Write to counter@thelanternatlas.com or Holdyard LLC, 219 North Milwaukee Street, Milwaukee, WI 53202. Three things are available on request and none needs a reason: a copy of what is held, a correction to it, or deletion of it. The answer arrives on a posted working day rather than within the hour, and the counter does not ask anybody to prove where they live before answering.
Where the law where you live gives more than this page describes, it gives more; nothing here is written to reduce it.
Children
The counter's business is adults booking parking. Information is not knowingly taken from a child under thirteen, and a request that looks like it came from one is deleted rather than answered.
Where this page stops
It describes this counter. It does not describe the host, the relay that carries a message, or any operator, because those are other people and their conduct is theirs to account for. It also does not claim technical records are impossible to trace: only that they do not arrive here and are not used here.
A change that gives a reader less than this page gives today is dated on corrections rather than slipped in.
